I had my Cross serviced for the first time yesterday. In the MyT app it only shows an entry for a Hybrid Health Check. No mention of a service. Also it is still reminding me that my service is due.

So should the app reflect a maintenance service has taken place as well? And would that automatically reset the service reminder in the app so it will reflect that I don't need another until this time next year?

I had exactly the same issue after my Yaris had its first service - but it all got updated after a few days.

Thanks. Did you take any action to cause the update (ie contact the dealer) or did it just happen?

It will just happen. It takes a few days though

It is not a dealer input.  They tell the mothership and in due course your App is updated. 

This was probably the reason a washer pump appeared in my Corolla app but the new Battery didn't.

Yes Steve it can take a week or more for service info to be updated on the app.

Same issue. I had my first service at the beginning of June. However, both the app and MyT website only show the Hybrid Health Check. The app also shows a Maintenance is overdue notice.

@Impith did yours update?

Mine has been the same since the middle of July.

I've emailed mytoyota@toyota.co.uk hopefully they can fix it.

Well it seems like my email worked. As of this morning MyT is now showing correct service information.
