HIR2 for Yaris mk3

I just swapped the Philips LL bulbs for the Philips Xtreme Vision 150 to get a sharper and whiter light from the headlights.

However I think they almost give the same light as the old ones, I was hoping on a light  more like the Osram Coolblue but they are not available as HIR2.

Anyone with ideas to bulbs with a more white and bluish light than the original Philips LL?

Try them at night, you will soon notice the difference

Yeah I just turned them on against the back of my garage so probably need to do some real time driving when it gets darker.

I drove the headlights on this morning and still wasn’t convinced of the sharper light from the Xteme Vision bulbs. Actually no big difference.

Anyone tried the Osram Cool Blue Intense HIR2? They are rather expensive but worth a try?

Hi, 

if no noticeable difference in dark very likely it’s not from the bulbs but from the headlights units themselves. I use exclusively Phillip H11 LL eco vision and I am very happy with them. No need more light or different colour.
They are best halogen bulbs and last longest, something that I really appreciate. I used have osram noght breaker and they were slightly brighter but never last me long enough to warrant the extra cost. 👍
