It's rotational, in no order A/C clutch, pulley/tensioner, Water pump or alternator

try turning on the AC and see if it quietens down

try putting a screwdriver on alternator bearing housing and your ear to screwdriver handle.

It may help you to eliminate the altinator.

Make sure you dont slip off and anto the belt!.

Water pump very likely or as been mentioned alternator bearings, or AC compressor.. These are first checks and use the same method with screw driver to check them. Be careful though. Can watch some YouTube video how to test water pump before you start checking.

Chain noise is more metallic, it will also be loud when cold

To me it sounds a bit like a separated crank pulley. These are often 'harmonically dampened' and consists of an inner hub and an outer ring connected by rubber. The rubber can sometimes let go and the out ring loosen from the hub. It will still work but you get a clinking sound similar to what you have.

That said, the speed sounds higher than the crank. So it would be likely something driven by the engine.

In any case, loosen the tension on the belt(s) and feel all pulleys for play or lateral movement.
