Toyota Auris Stereo Installation - Help

Hi Team,

I am hoping to get some help with installing a factory Toyota stereo into my 2006 Auris.
I am trying to install a stereo modem no 86140-0e150 ( looks like https://www.opuradio.com/products/toyota-86140-0e150-fujitsu-ten-cd-player-face10cm20cm-touch-screen-bluetooth-microphone-usb-aux-camera-am-fm-for-corolla-highlander-rav4-car-radio-wi-).

I can get the stereo to power up but I cannot get the sound to work.
I Know the bottom two pins on the left side is for power and Speakers and top two ping 16 and 24 they are for camera and mic.
Can someone please help me. Please note Auris does have all the factory harness nothing is cut or taken out. I am missing a AMP wire? OR something isnt not getting the signal to output the sound?
