Lack of power and VSC, TRC OFF and CHECK ENGINE all ON

Hi members!

I am experiencing some problems, no power on acceleration. There is Check Engine ON when I press START button and does not go off when I start the engine. When start driving additionally VSC and TRC OFF comes ON. When I was trying to read the fault codes the CHECK ENGINE does not flash at all, VSC and ABS flashing together 4 and 5 times after pause giving the code 45 I believe and also CRUISE and AIRBAG lights are blinking fast. Was trying to search online and came across this forum. 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Avolkovs. Is the the alternator light is on ( the Battery light)?
