Random T sport question

Does anyone know why some of the Mk1 T-sports have a square front number plate and others have the long rectangular type?

Other than the obvious visual difference is there some other significant difference between the versions of that model?

Thanks

Rob

A Vitz RS aka G's is a JAP spec Tsport, Quite a few Tsport Turbos are Vitz RS turbo models rebadged (only 400 tsport turbos were built) and some just like the JDM style

Just down to owner, a lot of people want to make it look more Japanese by putting on square plates.

All Tsports are Japanese built, Tsport is the european spec for the Jap Vitz RS same goes for the MK2 SR models

The UK spec does vary from the Euro ones, like interior add-ons. Wheels and suspension that were changed in the UK when imported
