There was a program on about this stuff - apparently it takes a 10.5 mile walk to burn off a big mac meal....

But its only a 1mile walk to my local maccy d's and they taste sooo good...!

If you wanna be a fat *****, go to Tescos and buy one of their "Finest" lasagnas.

It will provide you with two thirds of your recommended daily fat intake (if you're a bloke), or near enough all of it if you're errrr, not a bloke.
