I have just tried to change the oil filter on my 2019 Urban Cruiser, and failed.  Even after removing the locking device the cap seems to be welded on by some previous mechanic who has applied far too much tension.  Can you advise what tool to use to extract the filter cap?  I have looked all over he internet and cannot find a removal tool for the diesel.  Lots for the petrol but are the tools the same?  Please advise.
