upgrade in-car entertainment

I have just purchased an Estima Aeras and it has the japanese in car entertainment system still, so it speaks Japanese and I can only get Radio 2!  can anyone give me a heads up on best way to upgrade this so i can have sat nav, radio, bluetooth, DAB etc  I"d also like to keep the reversing camera connected of course.  Many thanks in advance for any help.

I bought an Android head unit, if thats what you decide to do then get one with a decent amount of RAM 6-8Gb or it will be very laggy.

The DAB part has so far never worked but the company have been helpful trying to see why. It doesn't really matter as I tend to stream music anyway. Rear cameras with these units use a different camera although you can buy a converter mine didn't work so I bought a newc camera which is better than the factory one IMO especially at night. 

I bought the camera built into the number plate light as its more central and works better than the more off centre versions IMO.

Others have Pioneer etc brands and will probably add their comments later.

Can you point me in the right direction for such a converter.  I’d rather not have to route a new wire through the car and “just” plug in the old one.  Thanks
