Sat Nav not working.

For the first time, I’ve come to use my onboard satnav. I’ve got the older system with the City Pack but it simply won’t load.  Anyone got any ideas?

 

I’m fairly sure it did when I first got it.  Is it subscription based?

My Nav starts up automatically & then is layered -over by my Dongle-based Car Play.

It is not subscription based & can be up-dated via the On board menu.

Therefore your notes infer a Dealer Visit.

Sorted Tel.  I can only think it was connected to my home internet because it’s working perfectly today 👍

So what was it? Or is it one of those annoying things where 'it just fixed itself' inexplicably?  

BTW have you used AA/ACP on it yet? It does work surprisingly well.
