Fitting a Celica T-sport gearbox to Corolla T-sport (2ZZ-GE)

Hi, please could anyone give advice on what would have to be amended to fit a Celica gearbox into a Corolla T-sport?

I've searched and found a little information, but nothing concrete. I know the Celica gear selector section is on the front instead of the rear, but can they just be unbolted and swapped over to the correct position? I also read that you need to plug a few holes, does anyone know exactly where and with what I would plug them with?

Celica gearboxes seem in greater supply than their Corolla counterparts so am contemplating this instead

No reply to this topic - does anyone in the UK know if a 6 speed from an MR2 would fit and work properly in a T-sport VVTLI Corolla?  I don't know if the gearing would be matched or not, although I had read somewhere that you can fit a 6 speed from an MR2 into the Corolla Tsport
