Toyota corolla verso broken engine swap

So, when my car engine blew up, I had to get it replaced with another Toyota Corolla Verso engine, which ended up costing more than 1500€. When I got the car back, it had a broken valve cover gasket, which cost me 90€. However, somehow it is still leaking oil somewhere. I don't know what to do anymore; I somehow paid so much for a broken engine initially, and the workshop couldn't repair it. I need help deciding what to do; I don't want to spend any more money on this car. I need my money back.

I remember a lad years ago paid for a backstreet garage to replace his engine it ran but was in poor condition with mayonnaise inside the filler cap my idvice was to get rid of it and he did.
