Clocked up around 100 miles on my way back from the dealer this afternoon and can say every mile was thoroughly enjoyable, exceeds every expectation, can’t fault it in any way, I even got used to the snatchy clutch, low down torque is also better than expected. Toyota certainly got the recipe right on this one 🙏

Ahh I somehow missed this! Congrats!  

I like the colour, nicely understated. I still think the GT and GR 86s are the best-looking cars Toyota makes; The proportions are just right and it has just the right balance of detail to make it look sporty and badass without going overboard *cough*Civic*cough*

Had a drive in the dark last night, still only 4000RPM max but still great fun. Booting slightly out of bends and roundabouts reminds me of my Westfield days. The handling through sharp bends is incredible, feels like a lightweight sports car, no correction of steering required through corners (not into drift mode yet) LED headlights point a bit low and no automatic dipped beam, did blind one poor fella. Headlights move left and right through tight bends which is helpful on the narrow lanes.

Will provide some further updates on the car as things develop, looking forward to revving past 7000RPM
