Logged in to toyota.co.uk on my PC today and there was a message saying my car has been migrated to the new MyToyota App

When l try and scan the QR code in the car (or use a code) it says l need to use the old MyT App as the car doesn't work with the new App! However my car has now gone from the MyT app! 

Anyone else had this?

Hi Chris - I have issues with both versions of this app. The MyToyota and Myt Toyota apps.  I have a new Corolla Hybrid GR Sports which does not show hardly any information in relation to my vehicle. The old app informed me when the vehicle was being built etc, but I cannot get the app to connect with the vehicle. Both apps tell me it is the other app that is required! - Multimedia and connected car support are supposed looking at this, but it does worry me that these apps do appear to be somewhat buggy/flaky, as I note that people have been having trouble with this app for quite a while now. For me, this is a complete disappointment and has taken the shine of my new vehicle - very poor if you ask me!

Good spot.  My Garage had two options,  owned and purchased, no longer.

Well, after trying to get the app working, I finally managed it!
I decided to start afresh with the installation process, and deleted out my profile from the app, and delete from my iPhone.
When I was progressing well, I was greeted with 'this application cannot be installed in your country' which was strange. I then checked what was running on my iPhone, and noticed that I had installed NordVPN, and this app has always worked well before. However, I deleted it from my phone, and the installation was achieved!

I then was asked to verify the mileage of my car, this I did, and all was now in order. I was then able to connect the app and use Apple car play etc. 
I thought it worth mentioning that anyone having installation issues, to check to see if they have a VPN installed. - Good Luck!
