Just had a message on my 2018 Excel to ask me to download new version of estore. Message was on main Dash display.

Accepted download, estore dowloaded, asked if I wanted to install now, Yes, failed to install. Tried 3/4 times now, still no joy.

Anyone get this message or have managed to install it?

What radio do you have, the older touch2 or the current one have a look in settings - general - system information

I’ve got the one without physical buttons. My software ( maps etc ) is also all up-to-date.

Early 2018 model, which would have been built in 2017 I would imagine.

My toyota avensis 2016 has same issue. Failing to install estore update.

So, I did install that update, but since then, I’ve added new maps and software. Do I need to install that TLS update again?

No you shouldn't, log in to my toyota go to the eStore click the EStore app and see if it will let you add it to the basket and checkout (free)

Just tried to reinstall TLS. States software cannot be rolled back.

Been into MyT and purchased estore. States it has already been purchased.

Haven’t found anything about e-store on my system.  What are the benefits of having access to it?

I only ever used it for the Map updates on my previous C-HR (2020 Dynamic). There doesn't seem to be much there for my current GR Sport

Your map updates for your current car will come there as well, Toyota Smart Connect Plus Autumn 22 is the latest one

Update message has disappeared now I’ve updated maps and software.
