I'm trying to think of the perfect soundtrack while driving.

I thought about a All Time Classisc's, Modern Classic's and Soon to be Classic.

For example:- All time Classic

1-Free-Allright Now

2-Led Zepplin-Kashmir

3-Queen -Bohemian Rhapsody........etc

Modern Classic's

1-The Verve-Bitter Sweet Symphony

2-Stone Roses-Waterfall

3-Oasis-Morning Glory...............etc

Soon to be Classic's

1-Razorlight-Golden Touch

2-Franz Ferdinand-Take Me Out

3-Snow Patrol-Chocolate...............etc

Anyone got any other ideas?

All my ideas are of a certain genre of music but i'm open to other suggestions.

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Manic Street Preachers - Im not working

Alice in chains - Them bones

Incubus - A certain Shade of green

Placebo - Brick Sh1thouse

Iron Maiden - Be quick or be dead

The Ataris - the boys of summer

Usually I prefer just to listen to the car, but seeing as this isn't a thread about which part of the MR2's rev' range sounds the best:

RHCP - Parallel Universe, Dosed, Under The Bridge. They make the best songs for relaxed motorway driving on a sunny day.

Green Day - Welcome To Paradise, for driving like a loon.

Don't really listen to much Rock in the car though - I'm either more like Stig from Top Gear, listening to Classical (and Jazz), as the cabin is a nice place to be enclosed in with all those sounds and textures swirling around you... Or I'm listening to a bit of Jungle ('97 era).

And at night I nearly always listen to either music For The Jilted Generation by The Prodigy, or Every Day by The Cinematic Orchestra.

Just to add to my list:

Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watch Tower (amongst others).

You'd have to be deaf not to be feeling Jimi maaaaaaaan!!!

On a similar vein, Paint it Black by The 'Stones.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I could go on...
