Hi All Aygo fellows,

I ruined my Wheel Locking Key of my 2015 Aygo, wondering anyone around Epsom or Sutton or Surrey could help to check if you have the same key.

The key set have a model number PZ4AK-EV908-00, which is a 8-angle star pattern.
if you have the same key, could you lend me the key from few minute outside your house, to take these nuts off my Aygo.

Many Thanks,

Ray

Why not give your local dealer a call? i'm sure they'd be fine to lend it out whilst on their property.

Wow. They're mean! Most my local Motorcycle workshops will loan a tool out for a deposit to be put down.

Indeed, I will take these special nuts off from my Aygo, no body interest to steal the wheel nowaday.

I blame noone but my bad ruined the key, unlucky my friend's Aygo doesn't come with the same key.

I seen adverts for any locking wheel removal key extraction but have not tried them out.

You used to be able to buy a any nut socket tool it was just a lot of spring loaded pins so you hoped that some will locate to remove special or rounded nuts/bolts.

No idea if this will help look at Universal Multifunctional socket it looks good but the pin dia. is not given.

Yeah, the original GatorGrip with the round-pins was notorious for its use at removing these kind of locking wheel nut - It was rubbish for its intended purpose, as it had a tendency to round off the heads and the pins were fragile and wore down quickly - but the pins were just the right size to fit in the locking nut grooves!

I think they had to change the design because of this, as the pins are thicker and they leave the middle empty.

Which is why I think my local HONDA (Honda Horizon) is awesome.  A few years back, my friend's Honda Jazz lost the lock nut.  So we went to the dealer, they took the lock nut out and put in 4 normal nut for free.

Personally, I'm never a fan of wheel lock nut.  Which is why I took mine's out a few days after I bought my 2012 Toyota Aygo.  Thieves rarely go for alloy wheels nowadays (unless you are driving BMW / Audi).  They are more interested in Catalytic Converter and electric car charging cable.

Locking nuts are fine, just don't let them be done up with a rattle gun, oem is McGard iirc

you can get removal tools for under £10

been here, done that, sacrificed a 6 sided socket for the cause
