Front bumper replacement with a new one costs

After an accident for which I am at fault, I damaged the front bumper of my 2014 Aygo. The mechanic my insurer took me to told me that nothing important was damaged, just that the front bumper had to be replaced (there's a hole in it and it doesn't stick to the car right). He told me that the part was not available second hand (oem 521190H911 I think) and that he had ordered a new bumper and that the whole thing (I suppose paint and the whole work) would cost 1150€ (1230$). Is this reasonable?

Seems a bit expensive, but the price will be full retail cost on the parts assuming insurance is paying for it
