Failed mot emissions 😧Garage says new cat, mid and tail pipes needed (and gaskets, springs, brackets etc.) but they can't source them! Can anybody tell me where to get them? (I checked the eBay spares link but couldn't be sure they were offering the correct kit). All help gratefully received (& now SORN!) thanks in advance !

JDM vehicles can sometimes be a bit problematic when it comes to certain parts (but generally not a big problem)....you'll find your way around eventually when it comes to searching for stuff.

The Granvia is based on a Hi-ace model so add that into your searches.

You could go down the bespoke route and get a new system made in stainles steel. particularly if you intend to keep the vehicle for some time..?

You could have a word with Kara or Carl at https://alljapanesemotors.co.uk/...they may be able to give you some guidance.

Good luck.

Thanks for the very quick response and the good advice. I may have to go down the custom-build route as Parts-King (from the forum) informed me that Toyota no longer make the parts ! (he saved me a lot of time and trouble going down that blind alley and supplied a detailed drawing of the parts needed too !). Thanks also for the link which I will investigate (as well as checking out a Granvia owners' club that may help me with spares).

I'll post on the forum if I find out anything that may be of any use to others.

Thanks once again for  your help,

Gerry
