Avensis d4d t25 turbo replacement

Hi lads trying to fit new turbo well second hand turbo out of brakers yard.

when removing old turbo the heat shield as I was trying to wiggle it out accidentally hit of alternator earth wire there was a spark I never disconnected the Battery now when I plug in computer it says no com on all the modules would it be a fuse or is ecu knackered

Also central locking won’t work either

Have to add as well car fire up okay and runs but no communication with ecu on diagnostics scan and central locking won’t work and lights in dash are black but when check engine light you can see on stanby but goes off when starts

Update I blew the 140 amp fusable link when I replaced it all modules came back it was 2 screw holding it in to fuse box under dash now on with turbo hope this helps someone with similar problem
