Yaris 04 electrical fault while accelerating and bumps

Hi

My 2004 1.3 engine Yaris has electrical faults while accelerating

So basically when accelerating electricity cuts completely for a second and then continues again. Loss of power steer etc. At worst the motor stopeed but restarted in less than a second on the go so car never stopped. Also if you hit a bump on the road same thing can happen too.

On a steady speed no problems, starts fine and no problems when the engine is idling. Battery doesnt seem to have problems either.

Abs sensor work fine, changed the grounding bolts but no difference.

Any suggestions?

Bad connection or broken wire somewhere maybe.

When you accelerate the engine will 'twist' backwards (the head will move toward the driver), and likewise can move quite a bit when you hit a bump. So you are probably looking for a wire or connection between the engine and the body.

You could - very, very carefully - try pushing and pulling any such looms with the engine idling in the hope that at some point it stops. That would narrow it down considerably.

Thanks for answers

I tried bouncing the car and pushing the engine while engine was idling, nothing

I tried backing up few meters with high and low revs no problem.

Going forward back to parking space, few meter

When u change gear with low revs that causes no problems but with high revs when you hit the clutch, even if gently but high revs, the lights flash and you hear a clicking sound when that happens

Battery ground cable is okay, it was my first thing to check

Is the car key on its own or do you have other keys/key fobs/trinkets on it
