I have the design model Yaris cross, and I’d like to install a 12 volt socket in the boot, in its designated location for the upgrade models. I’ve tried to find the part numbers for the socket and harness but to no avail. Has anyone purchased and installed a 12 volt socket for the boot that could share the part numbers please.

Could you share how you solved it?

Hi. there is a round circle on the left bottom side of the boot panel.  Remove the panel (pushed in rivets-not easy), and there is a small white plug with just a red wire on it.
Cut the plastic circle, and you can fit any aftermarket 12v cigarette plug (screw on). The pin on the centre of the plug, must be connected to the red wire (positive). The other pin must be earthed.
Maybe there is an easiest (and more expensive) way if you manage to find a genuine toyota charger with the correct plug for "plug and play" situation

Thanks.  Also, do you know if the +ve is live all the time or only when the ignition is on?  If it's permanently live then this would be a good socket to plug a trickle charger in.

I did it, as on the pictures. Used that white plug which is quite thick wire, not like the one used just for the small bulb at the boot.
Instead of cutting the plastic on the circle i mentioned above (blue circle on picture), i used that rectangle area near the light.

If i am not mistaken, its working only with ignition ON.

Not in topic, but added also few other mods if someone is interested in something similar.

Added quality arm rest (needed to make some diy mount to be strong)
Tpms small monitor on the dash + sensors
Wireless android auto box

Cigarette lighter sockets switch off with ignition off. I have my rear view camera connected the rear so just as well. Best connection for a charger is OBD socket beside right knee or Battery connection under back seat.
