Spare tyre is not  listed as an option Tony, so i have taken mine from the 21 TS before sale.

Hopefully there will be a tool kit, and an empty wheel well under that....ready for the space saver

Maybe i can make a a raised false floor out of ply?

I would take the tool kit and retaining bolt from your old car with the spare, you won't get those with the new one either.

If the HB is like the TS (in ways other than the raised floor...) the well should still be there, with the threading for the bolt hidden under the carpet.

Since the tool kit is only there for changing wheels, surely they would want the spare wheel too...?

They can request what’s they want. Tell them simply the car didn’t come with one originally and if they are happy to take it , take it or leave it. 
No trade in company pays enough money to have requests. Anyone can sell its own car for at least 10% more privately or to other sources. Cats are still on short supply and used cars are on high demand.

Last week whilst placing a car for auction ...Motorway ask if the car has a tookit, though they don't in my experience stop a car being auctioned without a toolkit (I didn't have one but found it later)

Carwow don't ask for a toolkit as part of their questioning.

I’m a bit confused by the boot floor comments. For what it’s worth my 2021 TS GR Sport has the option of a flat floor or a deeper floor. All you do is insert the floor in one of the two positions available. I also have the two storage boxes behind the back seats. By the way, my car is in Decuma Grey. I really like the colour.

Just to correct my last post. My car is in Ash grey and not Decuma. I really like the colour.

That's it I never knew many thanks, a real lightbulb moment for me, you can take out the TS floor and place it lower or higher, in the lower position it shows the box behind the rear seats. 

In the lower position a boot liner with a lip all around fits better.

In the TS, the Toyota boot liner (rubber mat) only fits in the higher position, i.e. when the boot flor is flat.
