Caller can hear me fine, but I can't hear any phone calls!

Hi all, my Yaris is a 2013 model and I've only just got it so getting used to it. The phone has been working fine until this morning when I couldn't hear anything that came through but the caller could hear me just fine.

Also when I answered the call, it didn't turn the radio off as usual, it just carried on playing.

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

It may be the phone has partially unpaired itself from the car, but it's tricky to diagnose while driving; Get someone to call you while the car's parked up and see what happens.

Or just un-pair and re-pair the phone to the head unit and see if that helps!

Mine did something similar after my mate connected his phone to my car with Android auto, then after that it kept trying to use his phone for audio until I switched it back to mine in the phone/bluetooth menus.

Have a look in the sound settings i have managed to turn the st nav voice down a couple of times by mistake maybe you have done the same with the phone.

That's the same MY as mine. I have to adjust the volume whilst on a call.
