Set up radio, navigation and phone

I have just bought a 2018 Yaris icon tech hybrid.

How do I clear all the old destinations and radio stations?

There will be a method to reset i will have a look later when out in the car.

A heads up that may save you a lot of time (i found out the hard way) if you want live camera updates you must buy the 12 month map and live traffic update from Toyota and its £119 a year  when i found out i said sod that and bought a TomTom with free map updates for life and £25 per year  for camera live updates.

I have found it - setup (cog icon), general, scroll down to "Delete all personal data"

So I have now cleared all previous personal data.

Can anyone give me a link to a document which will explain how to set up radio stations and destinations, please?
