I’ve just bought a Yaris Hybrid and enjoying the experience. I’ve only ever driven an automatic on one day previously and was a wee bit apprehensive. But I had a good test drive and of course found myself trying to change gear as usual. After I bought it I was doing this less and less and now I think I’m ok. I’m very pleased with the car and the technology it offers, although it’ll take time to understand all of it of course. Most of my driving since buying (just a week ago) has been around town and short periods on dual carriageway. I’m looking forward to a planned long drive next week.
