Same problem I had so I gave up. Basically you need the housing of the speaker to be quite shallow to it fits between the window and the glass I believe.

Either that or figure out a way to mount them from underneath...or give up & get a sub like me! :D

@ Matt - looks different, nice one.

i fitted the 6x9s on the wood shelf (with mdf raisers and trimming) and then with both of them mounted on the shelf slid it back into the car, v tight fit scary with the rear window as i didnt want to crack it!!!! I havent cut any metal either!!!!

The lights are getting attention which is really positive but waiting for the cops to say somethin but can they? at night you cant see its done because the light shines thru it!

Nice one Oli cant wait to hear more of the plans, and that is a v v v nice spec list. Have you got any random pics of it other than the max live ones as id love to see more of your car. Do you drive the car on a day to day basis or show only??

hey mate, bout pics check out my faceparty profile on,

http://www.faceparty.com/oli_paseo

hava look at some of the pics of my car on there.

well i used to drive the car on a daily basis but at the mo it jus sits in the garage as i cant be bothered with it. in fact ive only driven it twice since max power live! i kno its bad but at the mo ive sort of lost all interest in it, & also theres lots of little things that i need to get fixxed to make it up to show standard in my eyes.. :(

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Oli you cant lose interest you have the phattest gen2 paseo in the uk. You cant give up!!!

I cant see how you dont love that seo as i would die to have one like that.

I love that install but one quick question where is your spare wheel?? What sort of cost was the retrim on the inside as i wouldnt mind getting rid of that wonderfully tacky and errrrr classy paseo interior. :)

Are you going to be at Trax Oli??

Is anyone going? I know Si will be there but Paseo-less. I was thinking about going for a laugh.

The install doesnt really look like that any more as the nos bottle has been relocated to the back seat, and he doesnt have a spare wheel, as the bottom of his boot is filled right up with all the pums he needs to run his hydros

a retrim like his would probably set you back about 800-1000 quid

 Cheers rick,

I think i need the spare wheel somewhere...hmmmmmm ill have to think bout that.

Think a retrim is needed soon as well as the interior trim is well.....interesting! ;)
