Help! My Alphard hybrid keeps cutting out whilst driving.

Hi. 

I just bought an alphard hybrid. 

It keeps cutting out randomly. 

It's a hybrid Four E model (I think, im not great with cars). 

There is a warning light with an exclamation mark and the vsr light is on. 

I've read a number of other users have this problem, so I was just wondering if anyone has details of a Toyota hybrid specialist in Merseyside please? 

I use the car to drive round my 4 kids and disabled dad, and we had a lucky near smash last time it cut out 😞

Any help would be much appreciated.

This seems to be a common problem with the Alphard have a read through this link and it may help you to understand what the problem could be from others who have had the same problem and what they have done to try to resolve the problem.

Also read what they have said about Toyota testing for this problem and in the event this happens you may want to show them the article.
