Hi to all, just ordered my new to me Yaris Cross, lucky, current delivery is apparently May next year and managed to get hold of a 9 month old one owner with 1800 miles on the clock, Icon. 

My first Toyota, however my son has a Supra with a Lexus 4lite V8 under the bonnet, so I guess I've joined his club 🤣

Hi Geoff, Welcome lots of good advice when you need it and always welcome when you give it. I'm sure you will enjoy your Yaris Cross when you get it next year. The Supra is a nice car but a bit thirsty I suspect.👍

OOps really didn't make myself clear, I actually pick up my car next week as said its just a few months old.

 

The dealers were quoting May 2024 for a new car though.

Well it should be a bit cheaper to run then your MB, the hybrids are a very different type of driving style it will take a while to adjust

I have had the problem already, on the test drive, pressed start button, no engine sound🤣

That can be a bit unnerving at first, after 5 years i still go to take the keys out the ignition barrel 🙃
