Corolla 2020 Ac not turn on at all

I have corolla 2020 LE 1.8L, suddenly AC and entire row stopped working and turn green!!!. I have tried to find Ac fuse but nothing written over underhood fuse box cover such as AC , MG CTL , Air Con , HVAC although i checked all underhood fuses and most of dashboard fuses, but unfortunately doesnt come with dashboard fuse cover so cant find right fuse for AC.

Tried to resset thermostat climate control but couldnt find the target relay!

So what to do ?

If it's a 2020, is it is covered by warranty?

Diagnostic first step to do. If car under warranty indeed yes, just call the local dealer and book in for investigation.

No no more warranty its USA spec.

Then you can scan for faults with obd 2 adapter and suitable app on your phone. See the codes first and take it from there. If no codes stored in the hvac ecu then you can disconnect negative terminal of 12v Battery for 20 min to reset car systems, reconnect and see if the panel comes to live. If not then removing the fascia and look for the cable connection, disconnect and reconnect the main wire harnesses. These are the first steps.

I have scanned, it says loss of communication I remmebered there was spilling of water throhgh it!!!! Small amount the technician said i should open interior and see it! Should i open or what could be other cuases Ac no DTC fault, BCMs no faulty codes
