Rear brake discs.

My February 2022 Corolla TS rear brake disc,[off side]  outer surface, shows that pads are not working completely on the outer 1/3rd of the disc. [11,000 miles].

My question is :-Are discs covered under warranty ?

yes, it is covered under warranty for the first few years. Only pads are not included in the Relax Warranty for brakes

As far as I'm aware brake discs have a limited period of cover under the new car warranty, as, together with pads they are considered as consumables. Same with most manufacturers.

Most likely non of the brake components need replacement. All you need is to Dismantle everything, clean , lubricate the slider pins and put all back together. Rear brakes on Toyota hybrids wear quicker than fronts but they can easily last long miles minimum 50-60k or even more.

The slider pins plus the pad suport brackets needs removing cleaning regreasing then reassemble.

These cars does really requires  a more regular brake service , perhaps once a year or two years depending on use. 
Just did my daily walk around my car and while my discs are nice and shiny my Neighbors Corolla 71 reg has all 4 corners badly corroded brake discs. I noticed also earlier she was driving by and the horrible grinding noises from the brakes.
Highly recommended to any Toyota hybrid owner, look your brakes and if any signs of corrosion or scoring onto the discs surface are presented get your brakes serviced asap to prevent unnecessary expense and parts  replacement. 👍
