£31 - AMAZON LINK

REAR CAMERA - I've 3M-taped the rear camera to the inside of the rear window, on top of the 3rd brake light (cut a small hole in my dark tint, as the camera was too dark at night). The only visible cable is in the photo, the rest is hidden. Took me quite a while to route the cable inside and behind stuff (I had to cut the plug off & re-solder it once the cable was routed through to the front of the vehicle).

FRONT CAMERA - This camera's cable was easy to route behind stuff to the 12v socket.

As you can see from Pic2, the monitor can be used as a small (3") reversing camera monitor (by pressing the UP button 3 times). Once I've connected it to the reversing light +feed, it will show the reverse view automatically when reverse gear is selected.

Not the best dash cam in the world, but for £31 I've got something that records front & rear and can be used as a reversing camera, if needed.

That’s a good plan.  In my previous car I had a front facing Dashcam which caught nothing when a taxi ran into my rear (before doing a u turn and scarpering). All I got was a wobble on the impact, nothing else.  I hope you’ll never need to use it 🤠

Thanks mate. I've got a front-facing Dashcam in my main car and often thought a rear one would be more useful, it's true.

However. I was able to help the guy in front of me with some video footage a few months ago, when some uninsured ***** pulled out from a lay-by and forced him off the road. Don't know if our useless police prosecuted her or not, but they had the video evidence!

A big reason for getting the rear cam too is that my main car has a reversing camera and my motorhom has a rear-view camera, so I found I was really missing not being able to see much at the rear of the iQ, even though it's a short little thing.
