Rusty/corroded rings. (likely)

Faulty sensors. Less likely. Might give dash warning .

Connections perfect. Fault devolped after fitting New wheel bearing no faults come up om ecu reading

Who fitted the bearing? They may have accidentally knocked something or neglected to put something back...

Are the rings to far away from the sensors ther must always be a very small gap same gap on all wheels.

the sensors are built in to unit it comes as a complete replacement unbolts with 4 bolts .

Was it a cheap Chinese hub or a decent one like an SKF or Blueprint

 

is it a Jap or French built car (JT or VNK VIN)

Missing a lot of info here - 3 or 5 door, auto or manual and what engine ?

I would suspect a crap bearing/sensor, the bearing has a magnetic reluctor built into it

A sensor slightly in the wrong position will read at higher RPM, but will misread at low rpm
