EPB shift interlock function

I've a Chr 1.8 2016 hybrid

The EPB system is not working, it keeps flashing on the dash and the sats the hybrid system is not available.

Once I've managed to switch off all the safety features then I can seted start the car.

Can any one help?

This is frequently a sign the 12v Battery needs boosting or replacing.
