Indicators not working

Hey guys I’m having an issue with my indicators not working on my 1999 Toyota celica SR my hazards are working but my left and right indicators won’t turn on when I flip the stalk I’ve checked the flasher relay and seems fine on the inside no clicking when trying to use the indicators but does when I use the hazards I’ve checked all fuses and some are blown anyone able to help

"some are blown" or "some were blown" and you have replaced them, but the indicators still aren't working?
