My BZ4X is in the shop

I have been having problems with my infotainment system where it would not automatically connect to my profile or my wife's profile when we got in the car where are profiles were linked to our keys. Now the dealership has to keep it overnight to figure out the problem because it sounds like its worse then just the infotainment center. Has anyone else had this problem where there Limited AWD bz4x gets stuck in the shop. For something that should be a 2 hour fix at most. With the profiles and linked keys should my seat adjust to the spot I keep it at like memory seats or is that not a thing and we do not get memory seats with the AWD limited version with all the packages available to addon?
