Door compatability mk3 phase 1 vs phase 2

Hello all,

I need to replace both right hand side doors on my 5dr 2011 rav 4 mk3 (post facelift) model. I have found some good looking ones with an online breaker - but they are from a phase 1 (2009) not phase 2 (from 2010 on).  They look the same but will they fit for sure?
