So, convince me to keep my order for my Aygo X....been told it could be mid to end Jan before delivery.

Needs reasons to keep my order.....

Because it's not long to wait, unless you have a serious reason not to.

Otherwise just cancel it and buy a used car.

I don't see any point in topics like this.

In today's climate, most new car orders involve a delivery delay ranging from weeks to months, and the Aygo X is no different.

You obviously have reasons behind a possible cancellation, which you haven't devolved, and of which members aren't fully aware.

In all honesty, most members aren't too bothered whether you buy the car or not.

So really the choice has to be yours.

The same reasons that you made the order in the first place.

Hope that helps. 🙂

Cancel it and wait until they bring out a GR Sport Aygo X with 200bhp.

Now THAT would be a giggle.

When did you order it?

I ordered February and got it in May, so only three months which isn't long for a new car order.

Here in the Czech Republic, the wait for a new Škoda Octavia is up to 18 months, for the new Aygo X up to 6 months, and both cars are manufactured here. I don't understand the point of the question in the forum? Some colleagues say it right here, if you don't want it, don't buy it!

I ordered a Vauxhall Astra in June 2022 when the list price was about £38k and RFL £180. It was finally delivered in December 2022  by when the list price had increased to £41k and RFL £560 for the next 5 years. The Vauxhall dealership honoured the original list price and only added £180 for RFL so I didn't notice the increase until the RFL reminder came. I don't think there is any chance that will happen with the Aygo X
