Noise when engine first turned off

Hi just got a 2017 Toyota Aygo just under 21000 miles. Noticed that when I finish a journey that the engine whirs for a couple of minutes - just a gentle noise but being a driver for over 43 years wondered if this is the norm for this vehicle.Thanks in advance for your help it is just that I have a 3 month warranty and need to find out if this is a sign of something wrong. Apart from this I love it.

If it's worrying you take it back and get it checked so you get piece of mind

my last aygo made a noise when turned off like a whirling lasted for about 2 seconds 

But as I say take it back while it's under warranty
