No chains on some cars spec wheels is on.y because you will damage the wheels if chains were fitted.
Yes, you can use snow socks, reduce tyre pressure, another reason to carry gauge and air compressor, use plastic retainers, or even a rope around the tyre, on these big wheels will be super easy to wrap around. 
Or perhaps just turn off traction control and with short pulls of forward and reverse you will get some traction and move on.
