Aygo x 19 display screen

Afternoon, my Mrs’ Aygo’s display screen has gone fully green unexpectedly, it’s currently cold temperatures where I live if that had anything to do with it. Any ideas of cause or repair? Thank you

What year, 2019 makes it a Mk2 Aygo, does the screen change if you put it in reverse

Mine used to do that, just turn it off and on again worked okay for me.
