Has anyone had their tires replaced before? Can the tire seller do the replacement using their own tools?

Why on earth wouldn't they be able to?

If you go to a standard tyre fitter it might be worth drawing their attention to:

so that they get the torque settings to spec ...

Ive had tyres changed on 2 separate occasions with Kwik fit & had no issues
