Radiohead Unit

Help?
My car went into my local main dealer two weeks ago as the sound from the Radiohead unit stopped. No radio or bluetooth. Two weeks later and much tooing and frooing , including with Toyota HQ, they tell me they still have no idea. They replaced the Radiohead unit and it still did not work(they took it out again). They have tried that with the amplifier as well. 
Has any body had this problem or can suggest any ideas? I think the dealer would be grateful!

Help?

The dealer has finally given up. Admits no idea suggests I spend £7000 on rewiring 😱 Obviosly a no go. No sound . Any suggestions?

Does the unit turn on ?, the first thing i would do is run a function check from the hidden service menu and run a speaker test

do you have the JBL premium system ??
