Navigation subscription for 2023 Corolla Cross

Hi,

We just got our new 2023 Corolla Cross with 10.5" multimedia (without physical keys, I don't know how to get version) but navigation is not working. It says that the subscription has expired. I have added all services with Android App, and everything else works. I can access the car remotely, we get trip info, but nothing I did could enable navigation. In the dealership I got info that I should drive it a little bit more 🙂  

So, how more is it, we covered 200 miles?

If you got your Cross new from a Toyota dealer, then the cloud navigation should have been activated by the dealer.
I believe the nav is free for the first 3 years from new, and when that subscription runs out, you have to pay for more (or use Android Auto or similar)
I got my Cross a couple of months ago, and the nav was activated on collection.

Yes, I got it from the official dealer. They replied today. "There is Europe wide issue and currently registration is not working" 😞 Anybody else in Europe has an issue? Or is there another forum for Europian owners 😉
