Hi can anyone help please- I have a 2002 yaris verso . I have owned since new. It has failed on the above and I cannot get parts now as they are no longer made. This means I would have to scrap a mechanical sound car! I am desperate to source headlamps with the sealed motor for the adjuster inside. This is very difficult, would any yaris MK 1 headlamp fit?

I think (do check) that if you take the leveling switch out of the car it can not fail. There is no requirement to have electrically operated adjusters for MOT but you may need to make some other way of adjusting it though I doubt it. I am sure you could rig some sort of manual adjust mechanism to the non working motor if you had to.

Do you need a new headlamp? Why not just replace the levelling motor? I did that on my Auris, bought a motor on a scrapyard, it is working fine.
