⚠️ Maintenance is due today!

From the first moment I added my car to the app, with 6 miles on the clock, the MyToyota app has told me ⚠️ Maintenance is due today!

Any way to fix that? (apart from getting it serviced!) 😏

That sounds like the delivery inspection hasn't been noted correctly by the dealer, or something similar.

Yeah, my MyToyota app reckons the car was delivered new in 2020 with 27664 miles already on the clock. 🤣

Just checked with the dealer and they insist all was done correctly and that this is an issue with the MyToyota app. 🤷‍♂️

Would the deal feed this back to Toyota? They need to know their digital services are far off the mark.

Who knows? Better put on your belt and braces and see if you can report it to Toyota UK, either via the app or through the website.

Well I emailed the MyToyota app support.

I also reset the Oil Service in the car settings in the hope that might sort it.

Well something worked!! Not sure which. 😆
