Today my 23 TS head unit has gone back to asking for language and linking to MyT app, however, it already is linked and reporting mileage, door status etc so can’t link again. Something has gone wrong maybe at Toyota. Using iPhone, but the update on that was working linked yesterday. 
i cannot get car play unless I quit the link screen and use bluetooth to phone, phone is in there but not selectable. 
anyone else having these issues?

Happened to me two nights ago.

I actually got a message in the app telling me my car has been removed from my account.

I don't think you have any choice but to go through the setup process again as I did.

It meant all my settings for the dashboard and so on were list and needed to be reconfigured.

Yes  dashboard is messed up too but this must be a mess up with a Toyota developer, they need to test before release this is just incompetence

Agreed. But what can we do?

I doubt I'll get any kind of useful answer from Toyota, and I'm certainly not prepared to wait; I need the car set up the way I like it, so the only option is to set it up again.

I've only had the car 2 days before mine messed up.

I hope it's not a frequent occurrence!

I’ve had mine since June, there have been issues with the app but mostly ok, on the Excel still an issue with part of the directions shaved off in the HUD too

I removed my car from the app and added it again however it asked to verify the mileage and despite typing what is in the dashboard it didn’t match, it said it had taken the reading over the air so this is either a head unit failure or a developer balls up, now it’s not working at all and says visit dealer, so annoying

Strange. Mine didn't ask for me to redo that step.

Spent ages at dealer trying to fix this, they had to remove my car from the database to reset, now everything is back except the profile, I can’t add a profile and it doesn’t even say guest anymore, dealer has given up, no one understands these systems, Toyota tech super needs a ticket raised by the dealer with no time in response, they can’t phone anyone, pretty poor set up
