Just Tried To Part Order From Dealer

I just tried to order a left hand drive rear fog light for the tsport yaris from my Toyota Dealer (Lindopps, North Wales) and basically made me out to be a fool to make 'such a ridiculous request'.

He acknowedged the part existed, but he stubbornly asked for my chassis number, and when he found out my car is actually a 1.0litre model with a t-sport bumper added by myself he just put the phone down after saying that he couldnt help me.

Where did you guys and gals who have obtained clear tsport bumper lenses to replace your red lenses go for them? and did you have any problems?

Dont phone up.....go into the dealer. They have to deal with you then!

When you find it exists and they can order it, you will feel smug with your knowledge and the parts guy will be embaressed!

Thats what I did when trying to order my Vitz conversion panel for my radio....which they also couldnt help me with on the phone, funny that!
