Difficult start up after automatic conditioning via app

Hello everybody!

I have a Corolla MY23 TS and the latest my Toyota app.
Everything is fine, except that when launch the remotely air conditioning, I have then trouble starting up the motor.
I always receive an error message, saying that the car doesn't detect the key, even though it is with me.
I push the brake as per the instructions, I push the startup button, but still no way, whereas the whole system is ON and the climate control too.
Is anybody else having this problem, and eventually how did you solve it?

I've not had that.  Are you going out to the car before the 10 minute pre-conditioning is finished?

If so, maybe turn it off in the app before going out to the car?
