How do you pair an android phone with the TNS ?

Afternoon all,

Could anyone give me a step by step instructions on how to pair an android phone to my IQ3 with a TNS system,

Also I can't work out how to rid the system of old phones/owners, so if possible that would be useful too, just a word 

of warning, I'm a bit/total numpty when it comes to IT etc.

I remember having fun with this a few years ago, to get it to work I have to remove all the previous saved devices and then add the bluetooth phone and Bluetooth media device on separately even though the were the same physical phone.

Thank you Dutchrav, I watched it a couple of times and then attempted it, on the fourth go, it said it was paired but still no joy. I think possibly I’m having the same trouble as Monkeyboy 2283 was suggesting. I’ll give it another try and report back.

With my iPhone 13 it works for calling and receive calls, only uploading the addressbook not. 
I dont use bluetooth music or so..

Using my iPhone 14 Pro Max I didn’t have any issues, but was confused with the display suggesting I add a bluetooth Media connection as well.   When I tried to do this it failed with a warning that the phone ‘has already been added’. 
 

Nevertheless, music replay, inbound and outbound phone calls work fine and I’ve never thought about it since - it just works.

I got mine working on a few occasions, but it always got in to a non-working state and I'd have to clear it down and start again. I think it struggled having two phones set up with it which both come in the car at the same time often.

In the end I got a USB to AUX adapter and a AUX cable and just use that for audio when driving... always works.
